I've always been someone who believes in taking action. I believe that action is the key to achieving success in life, and that's why Amazon's leadership principle of "Bias towards action" really resonates with me. A few years ago, I had an idea for a new website that I believed could really help people. Even though there were still bugs and issues that needed to be addressed, people were willing to give me the benefit of the doubt because they could see that I was passionate about making the website work. Over the next few weeks, I worked tirelessly to fix the issues with the website. I listened to user feedback, made changes based on their suggestions, and kept iterating until Instamentor.com became a successful product. Today, the website has thousands of users, and it's helping people all over the world connect with experts in various fields. Looking back on that experience, I realize that it was my bias towards action that made all the difference. If I had waited until everything was perfect before launching the website, I might never have launched it at all. But because I was willing to take action, even when things weren't perfect, I was able to achieve success beyond my wildest dreams.
