1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.0 Monthly/Quarterly subscriptions

Once your subscription starts you can't get a refund for any payments you've already made.

If you don't want to subscribe anymore, cancel your subscription.

You will have access to the subscription until the end of the period you have paid for.

1.1 One time purchase

Unfortunately, we can't refund you for one-time purchases items including, but not limited to EBook, SQLPad Ultimate Bundle, and Job Search Ultimate bundle.

2. Terms

By accessing the website at https://www.sqlpad.io, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

3. Use License

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SQLPad's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

8. Customer Data

Customer grants SQLPad right and license to use, copy, transmit, modify and use Customer Data solely for purposes of enabling Customer’s use of SQLPad's products and services. Customer can at anytime, request their data to be removed from SQLPad.

9. Modifications

SQLPad may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

11. Mock Interview

Terms of Agreement for SQLPad.io Mock Interview Service This agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of data generated by SQLPad.io's mock interview service (the "Service"). The Service allows job candidates to practice interviewing with an AI bot, and the conversations are saved in text, audio, and video formats. This Agreement is made between SQLPad.io (the "Service Provider") and the user of the Service (the "User"). Data Ownership: The User retains ownership of all data generated during the use of the Service, including text, audio, and video recordings. User Consent: The User consents to the collection, storage, and processing of their data by the Service Provider. The User acknowledges that the data may be used for research and development purposes by the Service Provider. Under no circumstances should the entirety of the AI mock interview sessions be recorded, reproduced, or distributed in any form or manner as per our policy, in order to protect the integrity and confidentiality of the process, and to respect the rights and privacy of all participants involved. Data Use: The Service Provider may use the data generated by the User for research and development purposes, including the improvement of the Service. The Service Provider will not sell or license the data to any third party without the User's prior consent. Data Privacy: The Service Provider agrees to comply with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The Service Provider will take appropriate measures to safeguard the security and confidentiality of the User's data. Termination: The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing the use of the Service. The Service Provider may terminate this Agreement at any time in the event of a breach of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Indemnification: The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the User's use of the Service. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Service Provider is headquartered, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement. By using the Service, the User acknowledges that they have read and understand this Agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

12. Resume and AI writing service

This agreement (the "Agreement") sets forth the terms and conditions for the use of data generated by SQLPad.io's AI Writing and Resume Improvement Service (the "Service"). The Service allows job candidates to use AI to improve their resume, write a cover letter, and engage in other job search and career activities. This Agreement is made between SQLPad.io (the "Service Provider") and the user of the Service (the "User"). Data Ownership: The User retains ownership of all data generated during the use of the Service, including text, audio, and video recordings. User Consent: The User consents to the collection, storage, and processing of their data by the Service Provider. The User acknowledges that the data may be used for research and development purposes by the Service Provider. Data Use: The Service Provider may use the data generated by the User for research and development purposes, including the improvement of the Service. The Service Provider will not sell or license the data to any third party without the User's prior consent. Data Privacy: The Service Provider agrees to comply with all applicable data privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). The Service Provider will take appropriate measures to safeguard the security and confidentiality of the User's data. Service Results: The User acknowledges that the Service results, including the improved resume, cover letter, and other materials generated by the Service, are for the User's personal use only. The User agrees not to share, distribute, or otherwise make available the results to any third party without the prior consent of the Service Provider. Service Limitations: The User acknowledges that the Service results are generated by AI and are not guaranteed to be error-free or accurate. The User is solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of the Service results. Termination: The User may terminate this Agreement at any time by discontinuing the use of the Service. The Service Provider may terminate this Agreement at any time in the event of a breach of the terms and conditions set forth herein. Indemnification: The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to the User's use of the Service.
